We’re pleased to announce Hotfix #2 is live and ready to be downloaded on Xbox One and PS4! This nifty little update contains fixes that aim to resolve number of stability issues including some crashes and the save data corruption some players have been experiencing. We’ve also made the game’s backup save system far more robust, so if any problems occur, you’ll be able to load a previous save from your in-game backup data. We’ll be keeping a very close eye on how the fixes are doing over the next week or so, so please be sure to report any issues you find to us! Check out the full release notes below:

Now that this hotfix is out, our team will get back to working on the Sandbox Mode update that lots of you are eagerly awaiting. There’s still quite a bit of work to be done on all of the new features and fixes coming with this update, so we aren’t expecting it to be ready within a mere couple of weeks. We’ll be seeing how progress is going over the coming weeks and as soon as we feel confident on a timescale, we’ll let everyone know the new release date.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all of you for your patience so far. We know how frustrating these stability issues have been for those that have experienced them, and the fact that so many of you have been incredibly supportive and understanding during this time speaks volumes about how fantastic a community we have for Two Point Hospital.
