What an incredible week we’ve had here at the studio with Two Point Hospital releasing on console and lots of wonderful new faces joining our fantastic community!
Of course, with releasing a game on three entirely new platforms there’s always the potential for some issues to arise. We’ve been keeping an eye on our social channels and have received some super useful feedback from everyone so far, which has really helped us figure out the biggest issues affecting players since the console launch. So we wanted to let you know we’re working on them as we speak! Take a little look below for more details:
Fixes coming soon, to a Hospital near you…
- We’ve added display area settings support for PS4, meaning you shouldn’t have to deal with the borders of your screen exceeding your TV!
- There’s a fair few stability and crash fixes, but keep reporting any you might find in the future!
- Lighting and shadow issues in 4K resolution on a PS4 Pro will be a thing of the past after this update too.
- More minor, miscellaneous bug fixes.
We don’t have an exact date for the release of this small bug fix update yet, it’s still in testing and we want to make sure it’s working beautifully before we put it in your clinically sterilised hands. All we can say for now is that it’s coming soon, and we know how important these fixes are to all of you!
Thanks for your constant support, and see you on the ward!
